    I'm on hold!
    I got in line around 9:00 p.m. along with the rest of the Eastern Seaboard to get my group and myself rebooked so we could get to Europe before our tour actually ended.
    I called United to have them help me see if they could sort it out over the phone while I waited in line.
    Finally around 1:30 a.m., the customer service agents finalized our travel plans -- just in time for me to reach the front of the line at the airport.
