Race ready!

I've completed all the upgrades and repairs on my tri bike and it's ready to be raced. Now I need to make me ready!

 

There's a new saddle, bottle cages, stem, brake levers, handlebars and TT bars along with a new 2009 Shimano Ultegra group (I cracked a crank on the old set). The only upgrade I am still considering is an aero fork.

 

The race wheels are second hand, but they were an amazing bargain.
