No-knead sourdough

Second no-knead adventure, this one tasted much better than the last as this was an adventure in sourdough. Recipe is here but it has ludicrous USA measurements so here are the metric versions that I used: 237g white sourdough starter (100% hydration), 440g strong white flour, 250g water and 9g salt.


If I make it again (which I probably will) I think I'll do a bench proof as per the Jim Lahey method before flopping it into the pre-heated pot.


Excellent thin crispy crust on this, unlike the regular yeast version I made.
