The Pontfadog Oak

The Pontfadog Oak was blown down by strong winds around 2.20 am on Thursday the 18th of April 2013. The oak had a dbh of 12.9 m when measured by David Alderman, director of the Tree Registry, in 2007. The Pontfadog Oak was a sessile oak (Quercus petraea).
