Li Sing Primary School

Is a government primary schools in Hong Kong, Sai Ying Pun. It is the location of the former Sai Ying Pun School, the predecessor of King's College. Li Sing Primary School was founded in September 1954, the Li Po Chun named in honor of his late father, Lee Sheng, and unveiled in January 1955 by Li Po Chun.

School in the Pok Fu Lam Road and High Street at the junction of the place, the positive face of Shaanxi small, and a part of the premises and the Western Dental Clinic occupied. Primary school is inadequate because, Li Sing Primary School has divided into a morning school and afternoon school. The two schools separate, but share a campus. Later, as the relationship between declining birth rate and the education reform in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Education and Manpower Bureau funding in 1998, has refurbished the former site is located in Bonham Road 9A NCE Li Sing Primary School's new campus. Afternoon, the school changed its name to the Bonham Road Government Primary School. Since then, the two schools can be a full-time teaching, Li Sing Primary School is no longer on the points of PM schools.

 

李陞小學

是一所位於香港西營盤的官立小學。它所在的位置原為西營盤學校,即英皇書院的前身。李陞小學創立於1954年9月,是李寶椿為了紀念其先父李陞而命名的,並於1955年1月由李寶椿舉行揭幕儀式。

該校處於薄扶林道和高街的交界地方,面積極之陝小,而且校舍的一部份更被西區牙科診所所佔用。而交通頻密的薄扶林道除了帶來廢氣之外,還製做了不少嘈音。因此在1992年左右,該校加裝了有雙層玻璃的隔音窗戶和冷氣設備。後來,該校在1995年左右進行擴建工程,在原建築物上增加了一層。

因為以前小學不敷應用的關係,李陞小學曾經分為上午校和下午校。兩間學校各自獨立,但共用一個校舍。後來隨著香港出生率下降和教育改革的關係,香港教育統籌局於1998年撥款翻新了位於般咸道9A的羅富國教育學院舊址,作為李陞小學下午校的新校舍。下午校更名為般咸道官立小學。從此,兩校均可進行全日制教學,李陞小學亦再無上下午校之分。
