1970's Radios
In the mid 60's the vast majority of made in Hong Kong radios were square, boring and came in a wide variety of color choices ranging from black to black. Lots of black.

Thankfully, transistor radio design experienced a renaissance in the 1970's. Color rebounded and wild new shapes appeared. These radios went well with pet rocks, mood rings, disco, platform shoes, bell bottoms, Charlie's Angels, Dorthy Hamell hairdoo's, 8 track tapes, CB radios, leisure suits, roller skating, Mork & Mindy, K-Tel records, velvet posters, wood panelling and LED digital watches......please feel free to add more.
