      This is a very different preserve....thank you for the link re: canning on Town and Country Gardens this month....I love doing preserves and this info will be most helpful....keep up the wonderful work you do...

      what a lovely info-docu.... I add lemon juice to many of my creations but didn't know that it was good against Alzheimer's.... So there IS hope for me.... LOL

      lovely shot and so beautifully presented! I do NOT know preserved lemons because my cooking is very Mediterranean oriented but it does look stunningly fresh!
