Sandhill Crane with Two Eggs in the Nest

Sandhill Crane pair have settled on their nest island in the middle of the Sanctuary. On April 20th, the first egg was spotted, and another one appeared on the 22nd. Sandhill Cranes usually take 29 to 32 days of incubation to hatch, so we would expect young cranes around May 20th or later.
