The lighting is wonderful here, really enhancing the expression on her face, which is quite remarkable, conveying someone lost in thought, with a hint of sadness in her eyes. Really great photo.

This is beautiful! Must be something in the air, everyone doing "Classic" shots this week.

Seen on your photo stream. (?)

I've seen "classic" shots for a number of weeks and months now, it may come and go in more deliberate surges but since they're classic, the styles never really do leave us. :D

My particular inspiration for this one (aside from Ravenelle herself) was the music of Vangelis, and how he did some really soulful synth works which accompanied perfume and other domestic ads.

Thanx for the nice comments each and everyone!

Absolutely stunning! The light and shadow play is so dramatic. Gorgeous, evocative capture.

      hello there,

i think this photo is totally awesome
and i would like to use it for a collection i'm putting together
(in .pdf for free download) of "avatars of second life".

i won't crop, edit or photoshop your photo, and if you agree with the use,
just accept the invitation to the group bellow and post this photo.

very important: i need the a) name of the avatar & b) name of the photographer (if other than the avatar), so the caption for the photos are correct.

if you have any question, please don't hesitate and contact me.

      thanks !
