mmm - I love the colors!
the glow makes me all warm and cozy
      is it edible?

I really like the focus point. I feel that the right side is heavier and it starts unraveling as it goes left, maybe make the fade go all the way around? Where did you make this piece of eye candy?

My appreciation for the nice comments! :)

I made this starting in ArtRage (great painterly app for US$25), then brought it with layers into Photoshop. I then proceeded to use various Filter Forge filters and layer adjustments to get the look I was after — those smooth refractive surfaces are because of the Polygon Painting filter which r0x — and applied a few other plugins too.

It's meant to be like graffiti-meets-scifi but any interpretation of yours is true.
