Yet Another Friggin' Peggy's Cove Photo! :-)
Dedicated to my good Flickr friend Sonja for coaxing me into taking a break from house hunting and finally posting a photo. The joke's on her though because it's yet another Peggy's Cove shot!! Mwuaaaa!!
The early evening sun bouncing off the lighthouse at Peggy's Cove.
Nova Scotia, Canada
Sorry to keep posting Peggy's Cove shots but at least this is a totally different view of the place! This is shot from the bottom of the rocks leading out to sea. If you look at my last shot this is to the very right of the lighthouse near the water looking back.
I was in the area driving by a few places for sale yesterday. The weather was great all day but some clouds were moving in late so I couldn't resist stopping in for a few shots! :-)
I waited for the sun to peak out from the clouds behind me to capture the sun lighting everything up. I like the contrast of dark moody clouds with the bright lighthouse in front of it. I hope you do as well.
Excuse the lack of sharpness but I only had my 18-200 with me and no tripod so I shot this handheld. I also wanted to get the tide pool and sky all in but didn't have the right lens so I shot it as a vertical panorama (vertorama) and stitched it manually is CS4.
Two sets of bracketed shots and then blended into an HDR vertorama.
Please, no multiple invites or crazy glittery graphics. Thank You
