Disneyland - Lovers' Bridge to Fantasyland
Sleeping Beauty Castle
Snow White Grotto
While it may not have the grandeur of Cinderella Castle, Sleeping Beauty Castle has an undeniable charm. This charm is accentuated by the many quaint details and angles from which to view Sleeping Beauty Castle. I love being able to get close and find great angles for landscape photos of the Castle.
When I take photos like this of sunbursts, I often find myself shifting around with the camera to my eye until the sun strikes the camera the way I want. As I shot this particular scene, I was knelled on the ground (to get as much of the shadow of the rail as I could) and wobbling back and forth trying to get more of the sun to peak through that bush. I'm sure it was a real sight to see. I ultimately did get more of the sun in another shot, but the sunburst was almost too overpowering there. With how beautiful the bridge looks here, I decided to let it be the focus, and go with the "tamer" sunburst.
