    Masala Dosa (stuffed with turmeric potatoes)

    it was fun to make these -- you ferment a mix of urad dal and rice, and then cook them much like a crepe -- so good!

      I *heart* masala dosa and these ones look fabulous!
      Did you have a big pan or griddle to cook them on?

      surprisingly, our large flat-bottomed wok works perfectly for these -- it's well-seasoned, so it acts like a non-stick pan, and it's heavy enough for it to retain heat in a nice even manner...
