Now all I need is an electro-shock device to help train me to NOT look at email. One question... what happens if I'm looking at email from 10am all the way until 1pm? Do I just keep going? Or is that the time to seriously outsource my inbox?

Saw this by way of Smarterware.org. Really simple and succinct way of capturing 4HWW and ZTD (zenhabits.com). I really like the logging of 1-3 status bullets. Makes you accountable for actually getting the 3 MITs DONE!

Found via smarterware.org - I check my email all the time and it's such a timesuck. Will try to implement this starting Monday.

Email addicts go here, learn about the Inbox Zero method. Pretty much changed my e-life at work and home. Aligns nicely with this.

You're a sissy if you can't drink from the firehose that is the internet. If you can't even keep up with email, you have ABSOLUTELY no hope of keeping up with the coming deluge.

Still good for keeping your sanity, though.
