2016 - Mexico - San Luis Potosi - Hotel Museo Palacio de San Agustin 1 of 3
For our visit to San Luis Potosi, capital city of the state of the same name, we chose Hotel Museo Palacio de San Agustin. Thought it would be nice but had no idea how gorgeous it is.
Palacio de San Agustín is located in a historic 17th century mansion that was rescued and restored.
The hotel is comprised of 18 suites.
At one time the building belonged to the Order of St. Augustine, who used it to accommodate guests. Keeping in mind the rich history of this building, a group of Potosino businessmen took on the extensive task of restoring the luxurious mansion that today offers guests the elegance and magic of the past.
The hotel is in the historic district of the city and is associated with TESoROS, small Inns of Mexico group.
