The circle line tour yielded nice views of the Lower Manhattan skyline. The squarish building to the left of One World Trade Center is #8 Spruce or also called the Beekman Tower (the 15th tallest in NYC).
The building on the right with the gilded golden statue (called Civic Fame) is the Manhattan Municipal Building.
