"Still the same," downtown Pittsburgh.

Sidewalks so absurdly narrow it gets me laughing, such a ridiculous trick to play on pedestrians.

In downtown Pittsburgh on May 23rd, 2011, a view from the north side of Forbes Avenue between Diamond Street and Ross Street. The Allegheny County Office Building (erected 1931) is at the left. The Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas (formerly the Allegheny County Jail) is at the right.
