Yes, it is a street!
Vinarna Certovka is a real street with a name in Prague's oldest neighborhood, Mala Strana or "Little Quarter", close to the famous Charles Bridge. It is only 19.6 inches (50 cm) in width. The 32-foot-long (10 m) street leads from U Lužického semináře street down to the Certovka restaurant over the Certovka canal.
Located between two houses, the street is so narrow that it is almost impossible for more than two people to squeeze past each other as they travel through the passage. It is not so easy even for just two.
To prevent collisions, two traffic lights are installed on either end to indicate when it is occupied. You look to make sure that the way is free, push a button, and go.
