I saw this at the end of the Nerudova street in a niche of an ancient wall.
On the base there is an inscription:
Jan Štursa was a Czech sculptor of the beginning of the 20th century. He does have a small sculpture (about 14 in, or 36 cm high) named "Toileta" — definitely not this one neither in style, nor in size.
Is it some kind of a joke? By whom? Why?
