Drops of mist
Drops of water formed on the patch of moss on the wall because of thick fog.
I wonder what made those marks on the wall. Was it a carriage? Then why only here — I haven't noticed grooves like this anywhere else around?
Erice is a medieval walled town perched on top of Mt. San Giuliano. The locals call their town 'u Munti, the mountain.
It is often shrouded in mist, known as il velo di Venere (the veil of Venus). The cobbled streets are often slippery after a rain or in thick fog.
The grayish stone houses date mostly from the 14th-17th centuries.
