Passer, read their names, your memory is their only burial
In memory of six little children from the 6th arrondisement of Paris, ages 8 months to 6 years, sent to Auschwitz by the Vichy government that was cooperating with the Nazis. They were killed at Auschwitz because they were Jews. The inscription reads: "Passant, lis leur noms, ta memoire est leur unique sepulture" (Passer, read their names, your memory is their only burial).
