    On Seattle's 12th Avenue East, a town home owner has done a public service by placing a clock on their second floor balcony.

    I know it's an act of philanthropy because the dial is too large to read when they're sitting there having a bbq.

    It makes the list. It also looks a bit like the Doc Farrens street clock in Tacoma.
