Simple white German Gingerbread

A very basic Gingerbread (Lebkuchen) with a white powder sugar glaze. This kind of ginger bread is hard after baking but it is getting softer the longer you store them. And of cause the spices (cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg) blend well.
