Culinary grad Alison Sawyer | farm2chefs 2011

Alison Sawyer, Culinary Arts grad ('11) prepares beet chips and goat cheese at the first ever Farm2Chefs "culinary grazing" fundraiser event at Thistle Farm.

 

The popular family event returns this year on Sunday, August 12, 2012, featuring the culinary artistry of many TRU students and alumni as local chefs showcase locally-grown food.

 

Proceeds support local food producers through the Thompson-Shuswap Chef-Farmer Collaborative's micro-loan and grant program.
