Kodak Duex

The Kodak Duex is a 620 medium format camera with a negative size of 6x4.5cm.

It was only made for a very short time from 1940-42 and has all the hallmarks of a wartime product with a bakellite lens assembly and the simplest possible controls and features.

Like many of the simple 620 format cameras that Kodak made over the years, it can produce surprisingly good photos. Here is my first photo shot with this camera on Flickr: www.flickr.com/photos/thomassturm/6688658015/
