      This is a car that Kenosha got from Toronto. They completely repaint them, and rather than using a single "Kenosha" paint scheme, they paint each PCC car in a classic paint scheme from other transit operations.

      I believe the actual Chicago PCC cars were fully skirted...

      @ Thomas - AFAIK the Chicago PCC's were wider and had more doors. There's one at the IRM in your photostream.

      Correct. I've got two books on PCC's, "The car that fought back" and "PCC's from coast to coast". I'll have to do some research on these Chicago cars, but I remember they were somewhat bigger than standard PCC's.
