The Big Chicken
The Big Chicken is the most famous landmark of my hometown, Marietta, GA. It does more than just advertise the KFC. It's used to give directions, as in "Go 2 blocks south of the Big Chicken and turn right." Without the Big Chicken, residents would not be able to find their way around Marietta. BTW, the beak opens and closes, and the eyes roll around in circles.
