Small Purple Fringed Orchid

The small purple fringed orchid is fairly common in the Bruce Peninsula. It prefers moist soil (for example; deciduous forest, or swampland) and grows15-50 cm tall. Flowers, about the size of a dime, bloom in late June to early August.
