Real estate is shamefully high in California, to the point where owning a home is an insurmountable obstacle for regular working people like myself. In order to own a home in Alameda, where I live, I have to either be very wealthy or willing to pay half a million dollars for a tiny little place. It's infuriating, and yet another way the government and giant corporations have destroyed the middle class and widened the massive gap between the haves and the have-nots.

Lemme repair this! I'll just have to come out and see what your REAL ESTATE measurements are. Got any of the original neon for color comparison?

No...the guys who took it down pulled all the neon off. : (
