Sautéed Kale & Poached Egg Breakfast
Today I ate my breakfast a little late so I was hungry. I Sautéed some kale in olive oil with a generous helping of salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Served with a perfectly poached egg & avocado on a organic corn tortilla. It looks a little over filled to roll here and it was, but who cares, no one saw me eat the thing! :) It was delicious.
