Racing League Vic Viper "The Trepidation"

Newer Older

One more vic for the VVRL.

I still feel like those rear thrusted need some black, but I didn't have any stickers that I liked - might try some electrical tape.

Still having trouble photographing black. I think I might need a camera witha better Macro function because I do everything else 'by the book'. Getting frustrated with all that.

I really like this one. One of your best IMO. Great work on the photography/editing (minus front fin :P). This really makes me want to use medium blue.

It's amazing how hectic looking this is, while still being awesome.

Thanks, man. That means a lot. I tried some techniques I hab'd used before, and also used Fredo's photography method. Man, that black is difficult for me. I feel like there is some obvious thing I can to to keep the pix from being so grainy, but I have no idea what that might be - I don't really know enough about photography. :/ Maybe I should ask one of the professors in our art dept.

I have enough that I think I could do an entire Vic with Med Blue as the main color - maybe with some orange. IDK. I am really loving these Vics with a racing vibe.

Nice use of the buckets for the main thrusters.

Sounds like you had the exact same photography problems that I had with this. I ended up using Fredo's method as well. I like it, but it's just more time consuming than my usual method.

I'm sure there are several things that could cause the graininess. I always get a grainy picture when I have the ISO on anything higher than 80

Very cool looking. I don't mind the busy, it's still has an overall pleasing asthetic and I like the blue bucket booster in the back.

Despite the complexity, this ship appears coherent. Very nice work.
