Livability for Longevity Symposium on aging
On April 3, the LBJ School hosted a symposium, "Livability for Longevity," with AustinUP and the City of Austin Commission on Seniors to discuss the urgent and increasing need for health and care arrangements for adults ages 65 and older in the Austin-Round Rock metro area — the second-fastest growing population of seniors, on track to hit approximately 700,000 by 2040.
