Ankle Stabilization Practice
My student Diana demonstrates simple movement to change ankle position from faulty, sprain-prone lateral tilting (red arrow and frown) to neutral straight (green arrow and happy). Use this to develop muscles and sense of position. Transfer this deliberate skill to all your walking, running, and landings from stepping and jumps, to prevent "turning" your ankle (lateral ankle sprains).
