Blue hour at the Alhambra palace and fortress in Granada, Andalusia, Spain.
I was travelling around Andalusia, shooting for their tourist board early this year. My driver got stuck in traffic on the way to Granada, so I wasn't going to get in position for sunset. Myself, my assistant Graham, and my friend Alex got dropped at our hotel and immediately started jogging around the Alhambra complex. The best viewpoint was on the other side, and at the top of a steep hill. I was exhausted by the time we arrived, but it was just soon enough to capture blue hour, which is my favourite light to capture cityscapes and architecture. The deep blue of the sky and the glowing orange of the lights are such a great colour combination.
