James Hillman Symposium 2018
The seventh annual James Hillman Symposium took place on October 26-27. Guests from across the nation and the globe gathered to reflect and study Archetypal Psychologist James Hillman's work Animal Presences. The symposium featured internationally known psychologists, anthropologists, and artists.

From the earliest years of his work, Hillman collected clients' dreams with animals in them. Animal Presences collects Hillman's quintessential thoughts on the enigmatic presence of animals in the human psyche.

Animal Presences is volume 9 of the Uniform Edition of the Writings of James Hillman, co-published by Spring Publications and the Dallas Institute under Dr. Joanne H. Stroud, Director of Publications.
