this is SOO cool! I found this pic through Mochimochi's blog. I'm also currently trying to knit up an army of snowmen for my tree. Do you mind if I post this on my facebook? I'll credit you and everything

I'd rather you didn't save it and upload it to your facebook photo album, although I appreciate you asking first. I'd be totally ok with you linking to flickr, the mochimochi blog post, or to my ravelry project on facebook though. (If you have further questions, send me a rav message or flickr mail.)

I saw these on a bunch of places - Pintrest, tumblr, weheartitall over the place and I finally used to find the creator. These are so adorable I had to know the origin! Maybe you should watermark your images, lots of scamin' going on. Very nice work.

Thanks for the heads up. I've never felt a real need to watermark my images and I'd hate to have to start now, but you're right, sites like weheartitall and pinterest and tumblr makes it even easier for the info to get disconnected from the source. I'll definitely think about it, although the popularity of this project is kind of an aberration for me, I normally have a much more moderate fan base. ;) I did just go through and attach attribution by commenting in a dozen places or so that I could easily find that were disconnected, but at this point I'm pretty sure it's too late to rein this specific image in.

You're welcome. I just started on a few of those sites (I'm old!), and I didn't realize how random it is. Hardly anyone links to the original source - a huge pet peeve of mine. Even more frustrating as a viewer if you really want info on the product or project! Just saw a "interior design" blogger posting all kinds of awesome pics, and when someone is like, "I love that chair" or "I need that rug!" the blogger has no idea where it came from or where to buy it. Lost opportunities on both sides. Sorry, I'm rambling! You do great work, thanks for sharing it!
Vista en mi página de inicio de flickr. (Yo también quiero esto)
