The Passing Winter by Yayoi Kusama, 2005.

Look through the 'windows' of the box and enter a world of beauty and trippiness ...

"The Passing Winter can be read as a direct response to, and subversion of, key forms and materials associated with Minimalism. Polka dots recalled from childhood hallucinations became the basis of Kusama's visual vocabulary. In this work, the dot apertures in the cube's surface invite the viewer to look inside to find a mirrored interior which presents a dizzying matrix of infinite reflections. The potential for engagement between artist and beholder is a key component of Kusama's work,"
