Here is a VW Beetle with a unique color scheme. It drew lots of attention partly because you don't see many (or any) of these in car shows in my neck-of-the-woods.


I deviated from some of my editing steps for sharpening. My sharpening settings were 10 pixels at 150% done in smart sharpen. This setting grabs more details in the image and clarifies them. It essentially takes away the dullness of the image.


I made this image really big so that you can have a close look on how this setting increased the details without the fine-sharpening artifacts.


This was a single RAW image duplicated 5 times making exposure adjustments of 0+1+2-1-2, processed through Photomatix to make a single HDR image...other adjustments in Photoshop.
