Phra Buddha Rattana Mongkol Maha Munee
So-called "Luang Pho To", is the highest Buddha image in blessing posture in the world. It is 59.20 metres high from head to toe, if including the pedestal, it will be 67.85 metres high. The image is made of concrete, the city shrine constructed during 1973-1979. beneath the pedestal is applied to be museum and the spirit house of Chao Phor Mahesak which is located in the east of the temple beside the old moat around the walled city is highly venerated by local worshippers.
