Yung Kee Restaurant
The Michelin-starred Yung Kee Restaurant appears from time to time on lists of the world's best restaurants, and Tatler magazine has for twenty one years in a row named it Hong Kong's best restaurant. The highlight for me was the famous roast goose (pictured), which was quite extraordinary. Despite a couple of flaws and mediocrities in the rest of the food, it was a great meal, but I've yet to find the one to compete with Gauthier.
