shibori shawl

Lightweight Thai silk, washed many times to make it soft, then folded and paper-clipped before immersing into acid dye. Colors are boiled in.


Shawl is a square, 45" on each side, folded into a right triangle.

    That's a great color pattern. I'm surprised it had to have so much work done to it to make it soft!
