Crafty Chloe Bubble skirt

I have been wanting to make a bubble skirt for forever. I got my hands on some of this adorable Crafty Chloe fabric by Heather Ross and knew it would be perfect! (We also have the book and Miss C loves it!). I followed the instructions here:

just using the skirt portion. I lined it with muslin. The Crafty Chloe fabric is a bit thin on its own, but the muslin made it perfect. It is a great weight for summer. She loves it and I will have to make more for her for sure!
