Zeiss Ikon

Last night I saw an interesting lighting technique and so I wanted to try something similar. The shot was taken with a longer exposure of 4 seconds at f/16 and the lighting was done with the LED light of my iPhone in a completely dark room. Within these 4 seconds I traced the main contours of the Ikon and got rid of the shadows - ok, it took several shots until I was happy with the result.

Taken with Canon 7D and Canon EF 50 f/1.4. Processed with Lightroom 4.
