      I know it moves, but probably not far -- I've seen this creature around town for years. There's long been a community of quasi-homeless folk who live in their vehicles along the griiter and more industrial bits of the San Francisco waterfront. Very California. Whoever owns this also lives in it full-time, and he/she has been a local resident for quite some time.
