Here Comes the Sun

    Newer Older

The wife let me go for one evening... so I packed up my gear and headed out to Abalone Cove. I met up with Paul Rojas aka redsmall. If you have a moment check out his work it's excellent. Also got a chance to try out my 10 stop ND the Big Stopper. As you know, most NDs especially 10 stops throw some nasty colors. Combine that with a couple GNDs and the problem only gets worse. But the Big Stopper
(notice the initials: BS...LOL) makes the images slightly blue which is easier to work with. I like it. I was considering using a warming polarizer here as well but I think the ND/exposure did the trick here.

Anyways I hope you all have some great light to work with... have a great weekend!!!

What a beauty, Ted! Those dark NDs can be tricky to compose with as well as get the right color temp. Fantastic.
