Another "space western" build to go along with my previous hovercar MOC. Built for the 2010 LSB - Lego Speeder Bikes group event.

Nicely done. The transition from the middle to the front is great, so far I never found a good use for those pieces.

    Thanks everyone.

MissyBrown Cool story. Using MindStorms like that could be a great way to capture photos of lightning-strikes too.

Great looking bike, the western bit is a nice twist. In the shot it looks like its moving, I'm guessing that's to some good editing. Again, I think this is great!

David Steeves Thanks. I did edit the background to give it the motion blur of a panned shot (as well as removed the stand the bike was on). I thought of blurring it even more, but I wanted to make sure the grass was still recongnizable as Lego flower stems.

Great parts usage. The vibe of this whole thing with the cowboy is very nice. The pistons are a great touch too.
The presentation is superb, one of the best at the contest.

Thanks Cole. This was my favorite of all my entries (...and it's still assembled, unlike most of my MOC's). Although it didn't place, I'm glad to know it was thought of in high regard.
