X-E1 Test: Lovely Michelle

When I was doing weddings and what not I did Michelle's engagement and wedding shoots. She always looks good without retouching.

So, I attended the opening of the season of the new "Kennett Flash", aka "The Flash" and it was great. The place was packed to capacity and beyond for the Melton Brothers Blues Band and John Lilley of "The Hooters" fame.

For me it was a thrill to see my work exclusively decorating the venue. I have 3 large 24x36" prints up and a number of 18x24" prints and a couple of 12x18" prints.

Also, it was the start of the world-famous Kennett Square Mushroom Festival with a parade, outdoor bands -- just an incredible time in Kennett Square, PA.

I would have stayed out there and taken more photos, but I was not feeling well, and my wife Anna was sick at home also.

I got a used Fujifilm X-E1 and the stunning "kit" lens it comes with which is the 18-55mm f/2.8-4 zoom. Not your typical Canikon kit lens... These are my first shots using the combination and I need to drill some more on it, but I really like it.

All shot with the X-E1 and the 18-55mm lens.
