Weekly Log

1) The settings used were chosen due to it being a gloomy day. I wanted to keep a good brightness and low ISO while keeping a fast enough shutter speed to catch things happening in the moment without having to stage them. This photo is from a group of photos taken from a Wildlife 10 class activity that I was allowed to photograph.

2) I've taken pictures of people before, however it is mostly staged. This photo appears staged however is not, which is one part I really like about it.

3) This photo is asymmetrical. If I were to stage the photo I would have had Dakota lay perfectly centered in the tent, however as stated before this was in-the-moment. I believe it would have looked much better like that.

4) Editing was done in this photo. This photo had content cropped out from the left side to make Dakota centered better and had a blur applied to the background behind the tent since it was not the focus of the photo. This was done in GIMP.
