Pork - It's what's for dinner - tomorrow night

Place 4-5 lb. Boston butt roast in the crock pot with the following: 2 bottles Corona Beer, juice of 2 limes, 10 cloves of garlic, smashed with the side of a knife and peeled, and approximately 1.5 T Badia Fajita Seasoning. Cover and cook 10 hours on low. When done, remove meat from Crock Pot, shred, and put back in pot with some of the cooking juices. Serve in tortillas with cheese, salsa, sour cream, and shredded lettuce. Pork Carnitas. Mmmm.
