Well at least if we ever got lost we wouldn't be too hard to find!
With all the rain and snow that had fallen over the previous few days the grounds were a little wet and finding a nice camp site wasn't the easiest. So...we decided to camp on the chopper pad. At least that's what I assumed it was.
This isn't a popular area despite it's beauty and as such we were the only ones there and the likelihood of being landed on was pretty small.
So after setting up camp, despite being almost blinded by Skye's thermals, it was time to sit on the dry platform and have dinner enjoying the view. And then with the sun still high in the sky it was off for a refreshing dip in Lake Rodway...snowmelt = a bit too refreshing ;)
